Most men don’t struggle because they’re weak.They struggle because their attention is fragmented.
Noise all day.Input all the time.No space to think, pray, or hear clearly.
When attention is scattered, leadership collapses.
Stillness isn’t passive.It’s discipline.
If you can’t sit with your own thoughts for a few minutes,you’ll always be reacting instead of leading.
Today is about reclaiming attention.
Today’s Practice (5–10 minutes)
Do this once today.
  • Sit somewhere quiet.
  • No phone.
  • No music.
  • No reading.
Set a timer for 5 minutes.
Sit still.
f your mind wanders, bring it back.If you feel restless, stay put.If it feels uncomfortable, don’t escape it.
This isn’t about achievement.It’s about presence.
Afterward, notice:
  • Was it easy or difficult?
  • Did your mind race or settle?
  • Did the time feel longer than it was?
You don’t need to post about it unless you want to.
Awareness is enough.
Stillness creates clarity.Clarity creates strength.
Show up tomorrow.
