Google confirmed to advertisers that Gemini ads are launching in 2026. While we have been focusing on ChatGPT ads, this is just as big:

In the link above, you'll see how these ads will be shown, which is similar to the prediction I made in the attached video.

This matters because it shows where ChatGPT ads will likely go too and highlights the AI ad battle we're entering.

Google is taking a really smart approach - automated creative generation, sophisticated targeting, and integration across Search/YouTube/Shopping.
