Future CAA Dreamers Society is a private, safe, and supportive community created for future Certified Anesthesiologist Assistants who are navigating the CAA application journey, preparing for interviews, strengthening their confidence, and working toward acceptance into anesthesiologist assistant programs.
Led by Dr. Nyree Penn, DHSc, CAA, Founder and CEO of NSOMNIA Sleep, this community was created to give aspiring CAAs a place where they can feel seen, supported, encouraged, and informed as they pursue one of the most rewarding careers in anesthesia.
The journey to becoming a CAA can feel overwhelming. Applicants often have questions about prerequisites, shadowing, personal statements, interviews, program expectations, professional readiness, and whether they are truly “good enough” to make it. The Future CAA Dreamers Society exists to remind future CAAs that they do not have to walk that path alone.
