Cold disposition?
Help.... how do you overcome a conversation with an individual when You are confident about your subject matter and yet the response from the person is cold and "matter of fact tone"
What is your reaction? move on and just not work with this person when you have been referred to them? or just hope to soften them as they will come around?
Personal referrals should be warm yet, this truly felt like I was naked in front of the church hall😪
