Day one I went to a coffee shop and treated myself to a nice lavender latte and a chocolate cake pop.
Day two I had a nice hot bath with a book. And I wrote some inspirational words that I’ll eventually put in a book, they flowed out so easily. ✨
Day three I punched and burned a paper! And I took myself on a date. 💗
Day four I had a meaningful sexual encounter, and I facilitated a pipe ceremony in the strongest confidence I’ve had yet. I led a creative expression experience during the ceremony as well. The love and gratitude was filled to the brim.
Day five I was deeply excepting and compassionate to myself in a limited belief/ emotion I moved through. I creatively cleansed myself in a personal pipe ceremony.
Day six I sat with myself while I was numb and allowed myself to be here and present. Took some time to rest and watch movies. 🍿
Day seven I danced and moved my hips. Did some journaling towards creating a meditation. 💕✨
I wrote a song a while ago, an art form I never really considered for myself. I took it out and starting playing with it. The format, the words, even put it in a ai music creator. Wow 🤯 I’m having so much fun! 🌈🦄✨🔥🌹
