I'm Edward from Finland. Friends and family call me Edu.
I have played football (soccer) for most of my life, but after quitting my active career two years ago, I have transitioned fully into running and lifting. Currently I'm focused on running marathons.
I have a master's degree in Sports Science, and I love talking about anything sports related whether for health, performance, or fun as part of an active lifestyle.
Looking forward to learning and contributing here in the community.
