My biggest takeaway is that there are certain business credit cards that report on your personal credit report and that this is not always the same as a personal guarantee. Also the banks look at your overall credit profile and not just your credit scores.

My biggest concern/challenge is learning the real estate side of things. The funding part seems pretty clear now after watching these trainings.
