2. $1 Million In Funding Assignment (as a business owner/RE investor)

My biggest takeaway is that business loans are the best types of loans and I need to learn more about business funding so that I can fund my investments

My biggest concern/challenge is figuring out how and where to find this type of funding so that I can get started. Also I’m new to sub to. The only property I own currently is a house I used to live in that is breaking even but I want to go all in on real estate investing if it still makes sense in 2026.
