Welcome Founding Members to The L.A.B. - START HERE
This community is being built as a resource for Landlords. The ones who have tried to go it alone, been given bad advice on a Facebook group, lost at the Landlord and Tenant Board because of a rule they didn't even know existed. This is a place where we share strategies that worked for us, and work together to help each other solve our latest nightmare tenant situation. While we want to keep this community a positive experience for everyone, we also know that sometimes, Landlords just simply need to VENT. We need to get it off our chest what our tenant has done that is costing us money. Feel free to share that here, just try to keep the conversations productive. The community is currently free, and so are the resources and courses. There will come a time, when certain parts of the community become paid for members who see value in those aspects, but as founding members, you'll have access to the community for FREE. You'll also be able to access the resources and any courses that are available prior to that point. We are still building, so I don't see this happening anytime soon, and there will be notifications when the time comes. If you have any questions, please let me know. I look forward to your community involvement and engaging with you, to help you be the most confident and "bad ass" Landlord you can be. -Heather
