Agility and flexibility are essential components of your ski fitness, helping you improve your skiing and prevent injuries. For me, I would rather get on my bike or do more exercise than stretch. So what I have done for myself for October is that I have committed to a 30-day yoga with Adrienne on YouTube. I am on day 3 and I do it every day in the morning..so join me.. Lets do it together..
