Pause and witness:
- What emotion arose?
- What thought triggered it?
- Where did the body react?
Don’t fix anything.
Just see.
Awareness dissolves illusion.
2️⃣ Remember Yourself — “I Am Here”
Presence is the practice.
Feel your body.
Slow your breath.
Say silently: I am here.
Return again + again.
Presence = power.
3️⃣ Stop Feeding Negative Emotion
Negative emotion is conditioned, not natural.
Don’t express it.
Don’t suppress it.
Witness it.
True sovereignty is emotional mastery.
4️⃣ Notice the Many “I’s”
You are not one identity — you are many.
Ask:
Which “I” is speaking right now?
Does it serve my higher self?
Choose the True I.
This is identity alchemy.
5️⃣ Stay Awake Inside Life
Most people merge with their thoughts and emotions.
The Fourth Way teaches us to live fully —
without losing ourselves.
Grounded.
Aware.
Emotionally present — not reactive.
In the world — not owned by it.
This is freedom.
