God's Character
As I study the Bible chronologically with a small group of friends, I’m seeing more of God’s character and the ways He has lovingly given us living examples throughout Scripture. The Bible is not just a book of “do nots.” It is a living collection of truth, wisdom, and examples that show us how to live a righteous life.
The scene in this capsule is another whole "sermon in a bottle." GOD gives us opportunities to be patient with each other, to be courageous in the face of fear, and to love even the unlovable. Better yet, He does the same for us. He IS the Face of Patience. His Son IS the living example of courage, and He loves the saved, the seekers, and the lost.
