Not a flood, but it's real movement and these are people I've had conversations with over the past few weeks. I'm treating this like a test run for the full system: offer structure, messaging, follow-up cadence. Learning as I go, trying things as I move.
Grateful to be in this program and to have a place to track progress with other people. The scholarship gave me access I wouldn't have had otherwise, and I'm not wasting it.
