Here’s what I’m working on right now: Updating the free SMMA course. - New & Updated HighLevel Training - Making sure all other modules are up to date as well MaxPremium - Making sure that we’ll be able to release it in Q4 2023. I want to provide as much value as I possibly can for you guys. Both me and my team are working super hard behind the scenes! I’ll have to put 100% of my time and focus into building, because of this I’ll neglect everything else for the time being. Including the weekly Q&A calls. We’ll pick them up again as soon as I get the new training out to you guys. If you have any requests that you’d like to see in either the new freshly updated Free SMMA course (this community) or inside MaxPremium, comment below and let us know! The future is Exciting! Work hard everyone and take massive action, it pays off! 💪💪

Hey I hope everyone is having a great day or night (its currently 8:47pm where I'm at) I just wanted to make this quick post to share some of the lessons that I've learned from my journey in starting and scaling my agency to 30k/mo. I specifically wanted to share my story with this group since I remember going through Max's course and finding it very helpful when I first started with my agency. Now I won't try to sit here and say scaling to $30k was easy by any means but here are the 4 lessons I wish I would've known when I first started out. 1. Understand your market- The niche that I'm in (solar) is one of the most competitive niches for marketing on earth. So I found that the only way which I could actually separate myself from everyone else was by understanding what was going on in the solar industry as if I had a solar company myself. This made it so that I was able to resonate with solar pros much more and had lower resistance in the sales process. 2. Leverage is everything- When I first started out I used to spend hours upon hours, cold calling on google, doing outreach in the facebook groups, linkedin automations you name it I've probably tried it lol. It wasn't until I finally decided to take a sip of my own juice and started running ads for myself when things changed. At the time I couldn't explain why. However with what I know now the reason why ads allowed me to scale was because it gave me the leverage I needed to not always worry about where my next lead or appointment would come from and just focus on my sales/closing process. 3. Deliver amazing results- The power of a good fulfillment system is truly under appreciated lol. I wasn't the best when I first started out but I put my head down and worked to get better so that I could deliver. And that proved to be well worth it as I was able to keep clients for months, work with just 4-5 clients on performance and have them refer me to their network which was what really gave me a stupid good ROAS. And just not be stressed with trying a manage a huge team/client base.

Hello everyone! It's been a while since I've made a new post in the community. I have been busting my ass the past month, and it's been paying off. I just landed my 5th client at the beginning of the week and am sitting just above $3,300/pm profit. Yes profit not revenue. I initially began with modest retainers under $1k. My goal at the beginning of my agency was to secure clients while ensuring commitment, and still having a reasonable profit. However, I've now shifted to charging premium prices. I know the title caught your eye, so I'll explain. Earlier this week I just landed my first franchise client, who owns one of the six locations statewide. While onboarding him today he mentioned that he's discussed our recent partnership with the franchise's founder, and if our campaign is successful, the other five locations would join the agency for their advertising needs. This franchise alone could yield me $8,000/pm profit... Wish me luck I'll keep everyone updated with the status of the campaign in the next few weeks 🙏

2 weeks ago, I made a pretty bad crack on my phone. It's still useable but it has gotten worse and I'm going to get fix soon. The only problem is that my outreach method is cold calling and I don't know what use other than my phone to call businesses Is there maybe a free cold calling tool that I can use to call local businesses and probably businesses in the US? (I live outside of the US)

This is by no means unethical. It's just straight up how you can - in a morally right way - influence people and make them more likely to buy from you, here are my 8 most important points (they can be implemented on the marketing for you agency, as well as the marketing for the businesses you have as your own client): 1. Understand your target audience🎯🧠: Gain a deep understanding of your potential customers, their needs, desires, and pain points. Tailor your messaging and product presentation to align with their motivations. 2. Establish credibility and trust🤝: People are more likely to buy from someone they trust. Build credibility by showcasing positive reviews, testimonials, industry certifications, and any relevant expertise or experience you have. Transparency and honesty are key. Having a social media platform that you can market and build trust on is a great way of establishing trust and credibility. You can also leverage a Media Buyer in your agency to make business more confident in buying your service. 3. Utilize social proof🧾👀: People often look to others for guidance when making decisions. Highlight positive customer experiences, testimonials, or endorsements from influencers or experts in the field. This can create a sense of social proof that encourages potential customers to trust your product. 4. Create scarcity or urgency❗⚠️: Limited-time offers, exclusive deals, or product scarcity can create a fear of missing out (FOMO) and prompt people to take action sooner. Emphasize the scarcity of your product or create a sense of urgency through time-limited promotions. 5. Appeal to emotions💟: People's purchasing decisions are often driven by emotions rather than logic. Focus on how your product can fulfill their emotional needs or aspirations. Use storytelling techniques to create an emotional connection between the customer and your product. 6. Provide value and solve problems📊: Demonstrate how your product addresses a specific problem or provides value to the customer. Highlight the unique features, benefits, or advantages that set your product apart from competitors.

I am struggling. I just joined, hence I just started the free SMMA course. I saw that I should start an SNMA not an SMMA and I am trying hard to think of what niche I want to find. How did you find your niche?

Hey everyone, curious if anyone in here is in the cleaning niche. I'm having doubts because there aren't many cleaning companies making multiple six figures. Any insight would be appreciated.

Hi guys! I struggling with picking a niche, i goes from here to there trying to decide where i want to focus. I'm from Costa Rica, and i realize that here there's a lot of hotel and villas, here's a huge touristic place. And i wonder if maybe someone have worked in a similar niche and tell me the experience. The reason of this post is that i have never heard about a agency working with hotels or the touristic niche in general.

Has anyone leveraged AI to help them in SMMA? Also has anyone seen its new update with ability to read pictures? Absolutely insane. The future is dystopian. With AI, Neuralink, metaverse etc. things are going to get really interesting/scary Feels as if there is a whole new world to understand with this stuff.

Hey Hustlers, Today felt like one of those marathon monotonous days - the bulk of it was devoted to assembling ads. While I'm thrilled with how they're turning out, I'm on the clock waiting for clients to send over their material. Note to self (and maybe you too!): Work on streamlining the process and removing any hiccups. Efficiency is key! #RoadTo320K 💡🔥🚀

Hey everybody! This is Amandeep and I'm from Calgary(AB) . I'm a long haul truck driver. I'm very passionate about learning digital marketing, especially SMMA. Hopefully this platform will provide me with that kind of knowledge and help to grow my business. I really appreciate Max Perzon who provides this free course to everyone. Some are starting their career and some are fed up with their current job like me . Thanks Max Perzon!

My goal is to run an agency with clients from foreign countries, such as Sweden, UK, Netherlands...mybe even outside Eurupe. What do you recommend, starting with local niches and then leveling up or trying to connect with foreign clients?? Good luck and thanks to all responses!!

Every click, every notification, every "urgent" email is fighting for your most valuable asset: Your attention. In this fast paced world, it is not about time management anymore. It’s about guarding your focus in times of massive distractions. Every distraction you give in to costs you time, energy and momentum. Nowadays, I believe it's easier than ever to outperform your competition Because most entrepreneurs are so easily seduced by cheap dopamine. They can't discern the noise from the signal. But elite performers understand this – Our attention is finite. We only have a few “attention units” per day. Every time you get distracted at work, you waste 1 attention unit. And if your attention is your most valuable asset, then you want to treat it accordingly. So, how are you guarding your attention? PS: If you found this post valuable, let me know in the comments.
