I currently have a client who doesn't have access to their DNS record since they hired someone else to do it for them but even they don't know about it. Im at the point of adding it to my existing dns record to get the process going since its going to be a week into landing the client. it would be: theirbusinessname.myagencyname.com Is this wrong? I know its best practice to be under their own dns record but I'm trying to adapt to the situation. Also would this be good for their email setup as well for cold emailing?
