Since many are struggling with getting replies on their emails i thought i'd share my process on how i average 20% reply rate in hopes of helping someone out. I always send to personal emails, unless they don't have a personal email available. If they only have a "post" or "info" email, I'll send an email just asking if there's any way to get in contact with the owner via mail. This actually gets an insane reply rate when i pitch. I found that usually those emails are actually managed by the owner (depending on the size of the company and the niche i guess) My emails are very short and straight to the point. They are literally 3 lines long. The point is you don't tell them everything. This way, if you have a good offer, they will be curious to know more about your product, and that's when you really pitch them. Having a personal first line is good, but if you don't have anything really interesting to comment on, don't include a personal line, you will just appear desperate. I always check their website before sending them an email. If there's anything worth commenting on, i'll include it in my email. I use a chrome extension called "Meta Pixel Helper" to see if they run meta ads, and i also check if they run google ads. Last but not least, i have a banging offer. Now it doesn't have to be a free trial, like me. Back when i was sending cold emails to the US, i also got reply's because of my unique ROI offer. The offer is maybe the biggest factor to a good reply rate. In order to do some of these steps, you'll have to manually research for their personal emails and manually send them. This does take a lot of time, so if email campaigns works better in your niche, go for it. I just found i have a lot more success when i do it this way, and don't blindly trust apollo's email scraping. Hopefully this helped someone out!
