My biggest tip for confidence on camera is this:
Stop trying to “look good” and start focusing on connection 💛📸
Most people become uncomfortable because they suddenly become hyper-aware of themselves. The magic happens when you stop performing and start relaxing into who you actually are ✨
A few things I teach during my LIVE remote sessions:
✨ Breathe every shot before
✨ Move slowly instead of freezing
✨ Think about emotion, not perfection
✨ Good lighting changes EVERYTHING
✨ Tiny angle changes make a huge difference
✨ Confidence grows DURING the session — not before it
And honestly? Most people who tell me, “I’m awkward in photos,” end up shocking themselves by the end of the session 😂💛
The camera usually isn’t the real problem. Feeling seen is.
