I am incredibly honored to receive the 2026 Community Signature Photography Impact Award.

This recognition means so much because it reflects the heart behind everything I do—not just taking photographs, but helping people see themselves with confidence, authenticity, and purpose.

When I created Photography by Cristal, my dream wasn't simply to capture beautiful images. It was to create a welcoming space where people feel seen, celebrated, and remembered.

To everyone who has trusted me with their story, stepped in front of my camera, supported my communities, or encouraged me along this journey—thank you. This award belongs to all of us.

A heartfelt thank you to David R, Fatima Teixeira, Rositsa (Ro), and Ref Z for organizing such a creative and inspiring Community Signature Battle. It has been an incredible experience connecting with so many amazing people and communities.
