🌀 “Zoom Out” Awareness Spiral
Purpose: Reset perspective when overwhelmed or emotionally stuck.
How to do it:
1. Close your eyes.
2. Picture yourself from above — like a drone slowly pulling away.
3. Zoom out:
See the room you’re in.
The house/building.
The street.
Your city.
Earth from space.
4. Hold the view from above. Breathe.
5. Now zoom back in — slowly — but this time, feel how everything is part of a pattern, not random.
Why it works:
It breaks tunnel vision and reminds you that your current state is one layer of many—not the whole picture.
