Systems
This month, let’s look at the systems you need to flourish.
There are many important systems for businesses and nonprofits, but top priority are these five:
-Communication systems with donors, customers, volunteers, staff, etc.
-Finance tracking systems
-Marketing systems
-Cash flow tracking systems
-Recruitment systems for staff, volunteers, donors, customers, etc..
Please note systems do not have to be technology that you pay a lot of money for or even any money, for that matter. Instead, systems are ways in which you carry out the task multiple times in the same manner. In essence, you want to make sure you know exactly how to communicate with staff over and over effectively. This will save you time, energy and money and lead to more success and clarity.
