  • IG/YouTube → GPT → VSL → Skool → $5–10K/mo from what you already know.
  • A room of people doing the same thing.
  • A path to move from “I have a skill” to “I have an AI‑powered funnel and real clients.”

You’re at Core by default. Accelerator is optional and lives inside this group.
2⃣. 𝗪𝗵𝗌 𝗧𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗜𝘀 𝗙𝗌𝗿 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗡𝗌𝘁 𝗙𝗌𝗿)
This is for you if:
  • You have a real skill or domain (fitness, money, relationships, trades, health, etc.).
  • People already come to you for help, OR you’ve spent years in a field and can actually help someone.
  • You want your first consistent $5–10K/mo online without sales calls, by selling what you already know.
This is not for:
  • “Passionate about X” with zero track record, zero training, zero domain history.
  • People looking for shortcuts, side hustles, or quick wins with no work.
If you’re not sure which one you are, Module 1 will tell you the truth quickly.
3⃣. 𝗬𝗌𝘂𝗿 𝗙𝗶𝗿𝘀𝘁 𝟳 𝗗𝗮𝘆𝘀 (𝗖𝗵𝗲𝗰𝗞𝗹𝗶𝘀𝘁)
Do this in order. Do not skip.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟬–𝟭
  1. Watch Module 1 – The Brand.
  2. Fill out the BigStrats Snapshot (in the Classroom).
  3. Post your Introduction in the Introductions section using the template: Who you are, What you’re good at, Who you’ve helped (or your domain if Track B) What you want to build in 12 months, and Why now.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮–4
  1. Watch Module 2 – The Offer.
  2. Fill out the Offer Sheet completely (even if you’re unsure – use [UNSURE] tags).
  3. Post your Offer Sheet in Offer Sheet Submissions.
𝗗𝗮𝘆 5–𝟳
  1. If Module 2 sorted you into Track B (no proof yet), watch Module 2B – Proof Sprint and write your Proof Sprint plan.
  2. Start Module 3 – The Funnel (Opens on day 5).
  3. Pick your primary platform (IG or YouTube) and post it in the Wins & Reps thread with your initial cadence commitment.
If you do just this in week 1, you’re ahead of 90% of people who “want to make money online.”
4⃣. 𝗪𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲 𝗧𝗌 𝗣𝗌𝘀𝘁 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁
Use the right rooms so I can help you faster and the community doesn’t devolve into soup.
  • 🎒𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗌𝗌𝗺: All modules + pinned how‑to videos. You don’t post here.
  • 👋 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗿𝗌𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻𝘀: Your intro post from Module 1. One post per person.
  • 🗞 𝗢𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿 𝗊𝗵𝗲𝗲𝘁 𝗊𝘂𝗯𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗌𝗻𝘀: Post your completed Offer Sheet here. Core members - get light, directional comments from me. Accelerator members - Still post here, but your real teardown happens on your 1:1 call.
  • ❓𝗀𝘂𝗲𝘀𝘁𝗶𝗌𝗻𝘀: All how‑to, “I’m stuck on X,” “Does this make sense?” questions for Core members go here. No DMs.– Share context, niche, and what you’ve already tried.– Screenshots > vague descriptions.
  • 🏋‍♀ 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝘀 & 𝗥𝗲𝗜𝘀: Every day seek to post in the wins and reps section. Comment on that with: Content published, GPT clicks / ManyChat triggers, Any signals (DMs, comments, sales), how many views you got on some content, what's working and what isn't - This is your public scoreboard.
  • 📢 𝗚𝗲𝗻𝗲𝗿𝗮𝗹 𝗗𝗶𝘀𝗰𝘂𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗌𝗻: Everything that doesn’t fit above: sharing resources, mindset stuff, networking.
  • ⏩ 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗌𝗿– Each Accelerator member has one thread. That’s where: You get your GPT closer architecture, you get your DFY VSL script, and we go back and forth on tweaks.
There’s a pinned module in the 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗿𝗌𝗌𝗺. That’s the upgrade if you want us building the hard bits with you.
5⃣. 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹𝘀 & 𝗖𝗮𝗱𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲
  • 𝗠𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 (𝗔𝗹𝗹 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗯𝗲𝗿𝘀)– 1x/week, 60 - 90 minutes max.– Format: hot seats + Q&A.– Bring 1 specific question or artifact: offer, content, funnel, GPT, VSL. Saturday's at 3:00PM EST.
  • 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗌𝗿 𝗖𝗮𝗹𝗹 (𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗲𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗌𝗿 𝗢𝗻𝗹𝘆)– Separate day/time.– Offer teardowns, GPT closer reviews, VSL feedback, money‑model strategy. Sunday's at 3:00PM EST.
Replays are posted in Classroom under replays.
6⃣. 𝗛𝗌𝘄 𝗧𝗌 𝗚𝗲𝘁 𝗛𝗲𝗹𝗜 (𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗛𝗌𝘄 𝗡𝗌𝘁 𝗧𝗌)
  • If you’re Core ($97): Post questions in Questions or under the relevant module Tag me if it’s urgent. I’ll batch respond — don’t DM.
  • If you’re Accelerator:
  • Use your Ops Thread for GPT/VSL/offer stuff.
  • DM for quick things. I check once per day.
  • Bring bigger issues to the Accelerator call.
  • I'll always respond to DM's in less than 24hrs.
  • When you ask for help:
  • Show your work (Offer Sheet, script, screenshot).
  • Tell me what decision you’re trying to make.
  • Don’t just say “thoughts?” — you’ll get less from me and everyone else.

You do not have to upgrade. You can build the whole thing DIY.
