Wouldn’t it be great if working in motorsport came with an instruction manual?
What to study. Where to look. How to gain experience. Who’s hiring. And what to do when your 37th application disappears into the abyss.
Instead, you’re faced with endless advice, confusing career routes & people telling you to “network” without saying how!
And somehow, you’re expected to make sense of it all.
That’s why I created the Formula Careers Network, born from 10yrs of helping thousands worldwide figure out their path into motorsport.
A place to turn all that ambition into something useful.
Inside you’ll find:
🏎️ Career guidance, resources & industry insights
📚 Courses & 14-day challenges, Q&A’s & webinars
🌍 Our Motorsport Career Atlas featuring 650+ organisations worldwide
💼 Job opportunities, events & industry updates
💬 A community of aspiring & established motorsport professionals sharing knowledge & experiences
🏁 For students, grads and career changers 🏁
Your next step might be closer than you think

I’ve only been part of the Network for a short time, but I’ve already gotten so much from it. Making a career change into motorsport after 25 years in a completely different industry can be intimidating, but the people here have been incredibly welcoming. I’ve made connections, discovered paths I didn’t know existed and started looking at my own experience differently. It genuinely feels like a community, and I’m really glad I found it

I only recently joined the Formula Careers Network, but I’ve already had such a positive experience! Everyone has been incredibly welcoming, and I’ve already received helpful advice about pursuing a career in F1 and motorsport. I even found a Pirelli internship through the network that I ended up applying for! It’s been so valuable having a community to learn from, discover opportunities, and connect with others in the industry.

Formula Careers Network has been genuinely valuable. Coming into Motorsport with 20 years of fina experience, I’ve found the discussions especially useful for understanding how to translate existing skills into the industry. The community is practical, supportive and refreshingly honest, with great advice on networking, applications and career direction. It already feels like a real professional network. Highly recommended! 🏁
