Weekly Reset: Mental, Physical & Emotional Check-In
Today is a perfect day for a reset—mentally, physically, and emotionally. It’s a chance to reflect, recharge, and realign before another week kicks off. For me, today’s reset includes catching up on the one cardio session I missed this week. No guilt, no stress—just getting it done and moving forward. It’s also a time to mentally reset by mapping out the week ahead and making sure I’m clear on my priorities. How are you resetting today?
