Welcome. Quick orientation, then one thing I'd like you to do.
Everyone in here already runs a business. You've got revenue, customers, and a week that's too full. Nobody is going to make you learn to code, and nothing in here assumes you already know what any of this stuff is called.
So, the one thing.
Drop a comment below with what your business does, roughly how big you are, and the single task that's eating your week. Be specific about that last part. "Admin" doesn't tell me anything. "I retype every order into QuickBooks by hand" tells me exactly where to point you first.
I read every one of these and I reply myself. Not a template, not a link to a video. An actual answer for your situation.
Two other things when you get a minute. There's a 90-second orientation in the Classroom under Module 1, and the Skool app is worth downloading because this reads much better on a phone.
Last thing, because it sets the tone in here. We have a channel called Receipts, and the only rule in it is that every post has a number in it. Hours saved, dollars recovered, something you can actually measure. That channel is why this room will be worth your time instead of being another group you joined and muted.
