Receipts: every post needs a number
One rule in this channel. Every post has a number in it.
The format that works:
Before: 6 hours a week matching invoices to payments
After: 20 minutes, and it runs by itself on Sunday night
What I used: Claude Code, plus one page describing how we actually do it
That's the whole thing. Every time.
If you can't put a number on it yet, that's completely fine. Post it in Wins instead and come back here once you can measure it. Most things start in Wins, so that isn't a demotion.
Why I'm strict about this one. Numbers are the only thing that survives a skeptical operator. Every other AI group on the internet is full of screenshots of chat windows, and none of it tells you whether the thing actually worked. This channel is the reason ours will be worth reading.
Blur anything sensitive. Nobody needs your client names.
