Remember It's A Journey Not A Sprint
Why I Don’t Trade Every Day
One of the biggest misconceptions about forex trading is the belief that profitable traders must trade every single day. The truth is, professional traders don’t trade frequently — they trade strategically.
I don’t trade every day because trading is not about activity; it's about precision, discipline, and patience.
Some days the market does not provide high-probability setups that align with my trading plan. On those days, the best decision I can make is to stay out of the market. Capital preservation is also a winning trade.
Overtrading is one of the fastest ways traders destroy their accounts. Many losses don’t come from bad strategies, but from the inability to wait for the right opportunity. - CoachD
