AIDEK ISSUES
I am writing to follow up on critical issues I am currently experiencing with the AIDEK system, which are preventing me from completing my work.
1. Persistent "default_user" Conflict: When attempting to run a task, the system continuously reports that the task is already running for "default_user." This conflict prevents my assigned tasks from executing correctly when I select the "Run" button.
2. Current Login Failure: As of today, I am completely unable to log in to the AIDEK system. My attempts to use the password reset function have been unsuccessful.
I have previously reached out to report these ongoing problems, which have affected my use of AIDEK since its initial launch. I require immediate assistance to resolve these login and task execution issues.
