Last week's Winner!
🦋🍎 March is such a beautiful reminder…
We are celebrating Women’s History Month and National Nutrition Month — and I just love how these two sit together so perfectly. Because when we honor women… we must also honor the role of nourishment in their lives. Women are not an afterthought in God’s design. In Genesis, the word used is Ezer — a strong, capable helper. Not weak. Not secondary. Powerful support. Strategic strength. A life-carrier and culture-shaper. And here’s what we sometimes forget… An exhausted woman cannot fully operate in her Ezer strength. A depleted woman struggles to build strong families. A woman without informed nutrition care will always be fighting her body instead of stewarding it. 🍎 Informed nutrition isn’t vanity. 🦋 It’s stewardship. It’s wisdom. It’s strength for the assignment. When women understand how to nourish their bodies — not through extremes, not through shame — but through knowledge and consistency, it changes homes. It changes generations. “Strength and dignity are her clothing, and she laughs at the days to come.” — Proverbs 31:25 “She is clothed with strength…” — and strength requires fuel. And 3 John 1:2 reminds us: “Beloved, I pray that you may prosper in all things and be in health, just as your soul prospers.” This month, we celebrate women. We celebrate nourishment. We celebrate informed care. Because when a woman is well… families flourish. When families flourish… nations are strengthened. Keep choosing the apples over the chaos. 🦋🍎 Keep building with wisdom. Keep walking in your Ezer strength. 💛

February recap!!
February is wrapping up, and wow… what a month it has been 🦋🍎🍇 We leaned into sleep — the real kind that restores. We got intentional about meal prep — setting ourselves up with wisdom. We talked fasting — not as punishment, but as purpose. And we faced cravings with grace and strategy. Now I want to hear from you, sister… 🦋 What topic was your favorite? 🍎 What were your most treasured nuggets — the little shifts that made a big difference? 🍇 What truth are you carrying with you into March? We’ve celebrated leaders. We’ve crowned winners. And we have one more beautiful winner being announced tomorrow — stay tuned! But can I say something lovingly and firmly? Your participation is bigger than points on a leaderboard. Every comment. Every share. Every small obedient step toward better sleep, wiser meals, intentional fasting, and overcoming cravings…🦋 That’s you choosing stewardship. That’s you honoring the body God entrusted to you. That’s you becoming an encouragement to another sister who might be quietly watching and gathering courage. I am so grateful for each of you who invested time this month. You showed up. You leaned in. You chose growth. Let’s not lose momentum.🌺 Let’s keep fluttering forward 🦋 Let’s keep choosing nourishment 🍎 Let’s keep bearing fruit in clusters 🍇 March is coming… and we are not starting over. We are building on what we’ve already begun. 💯🍇🌺
