What’s up, everyone! I’m Edward Carrington, founder of Flux City and creator of this community.
I started out in real estate like a lot of folks—rehabbing single-family homes, learning lessons the hard way, and grinding to figure it out. Over time, I leveled up into commercial development and now focus on transforming spaces from mixed-use rehabs to multi-family projects.
This community was born from one simple idea: Emerging developers shouldn’t have to do it alone.
