Hola!

Hey everyone!

I am trying to become conversationally fluent as my goal is to move to a Spanish speaking country! Plus it would be helpful in my career as well.

My biggest challenge has been my confidence. I grew up with a stepfather from Honduras and visited family in Honduras multiple times. I heard them laugh at “gringo accents” and as a young child, it impacted my desire to learn. As an adult, it has stuck with me as well. To the point, I can read and understand way more than I’m able to speak.

Fluency would help me in my adventures in life and help with my confidence.
