Update from Costa Rica
Hey beautiful people 😇 Quick little update!
I just wrapped up an incredible week at Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, and wow… what a journey. So much healing, reflection, connection, and gratitude. Right now I’m just relaxing and integrating for a few days at a friend’s place out here in paradise 🌴
I know I haven’t shared too much on the classroom side of this Skool yet, but trust me, we’re going to build this slowly and intentionally over time. This is truly what we’re passionate about, and I’m excited for what this community can become.
For now, I’d really love to get this space more active and connected, so feel free to post anything on your mind: questions, insights, experiences, practices, struggles, breakthroughs, whatever. Let’s create a space where we can learn, grow, heal, and support one another on this journey home to ourselves 🙏💗
