Hi everyone, I’m Georgette.

My husband Terry and I run a wholesaling business together, active in this space since 2018. Over the years we’ve handled a wide range of deals — standard assignments (houses and land), creative finance, and JV partnerships. We’re now expanding into luxury wholesaling as well.

Markets we work in: NC, AZ, LA, SC, TX, FL, OH, NY

We’ve built a strong network of buyers, builders, realtors, and fellow wholesalers, with access to Xleads and InvestorLift. We also have trustee links that allow us to pull pre-foreclosure and probate leads directly from the source.
