I began my hybrid training a few years ago. Even with a bachelors degree in exercise science, 4 years of experience in performance training, and multiple training certifications, it was a massive learning curve that led to many frustrations, and in some cases, serious injuries. My goal is to give you the info I wish I would have known when I began.
