A lot of women tell me they walk regularly and fit in a few strength sessions each week - that's actually a great place to be.
Walking keeps us mobile and clears the head. Strength work (even short sessions) is what supports our muscles, joints, balance and bones as we age.
You don't need long workouts or heavy weights. Consistency beats intensity every time.
