Core Strength Matters ๐Ÿ€
As we get older, core strength becomes incredibly important. Your core supports your spine, improves balance and helps protect your back in everyday life - not just during exercise.
Many back issues later in life are linked to a weak core. The good news. You don't need crunches or complicated moves. Even simple, gentle exercises done consistently can make a real difference.
Think of your core as your body's support system - quietly doing a lot of work in the background and when it's strong everything else feels easier (think of your core as the body's invisible corset - it keeps everything in place without the uncomfortable laces! ๐Ÿ˜†).
Do you currently do any core-focused exercises? What's your favourite core move or the one you want to try?
