What does physical wellness look like 2 you and when do you feel youāre at your best? Your peak, sort of speakā¦š
*Rememberā¦weāre all differentā¦and thatās ok. Be your best you, that you can beā¦TODAY.
*Iād say Iām at my peak (exercise wise) when Iām doing resistance training in the gym 3x a week (3 hrs a wk) and outdoor cardio 2-3x a week (3 hrs a wk) with 1-2 days rest.
**Thatās literally about 6 hours out of a week (7 days/168 hours a week) to feel Iām at my peak physical wellness! š§
