I like to say, strength is built from the inside out, also known as core strength. We all have the ability.
*I’ll be posting a few physical wellness related links here and there along this journey and as always…would love to hear your thoughts! ⬇️
*Go slow, be mindful, and don’t ever push it too hard. Any movement is better than no movement when it comes to our physical wellness.
(When it’s comes to core, I’d personally start with crunches, bridges, leg lifts, planks, and Russian twists before going more advanced)
