Hi everyone! Been keeping up with the program. Averaging 2 workouts a day (sometimes 3) along with my walks around town. I’ve hit 10k+ steps streak since I’ve started the program. Been listening to audiobooks to keep my mind engaged and occupied. I’ve been chugging water and electrolytes daily. With regard to my diet, I’ve been tracking my macros and doing my best to better my relationship with food.
Notable moment: Ran the Long Beach Marathon in 3hrs 53min.
