We've been meditating on putting off old habits (Ephesians 4) and renewing our minds, putting on the robes of righteousness the Lord provides as well as the armor in Ephesians 6:10-20
Today we had a great discussion about having a sound mind... and the "sound" in our mind.... and we released some powerful sounds! 💕🙌
