Inner Circle — Let’s Close the Gap
We’re not about to stay stuck in here.
This week, I need every single one of you to identify three specific things you’re struggling with right now. Not surface-level. Not “I just need more clients.” Be real.
What are the three gaps?
• Is it marketing?
• Confidence on sales calls?
• Understanding the actual play?
• Follow-through?
• Systems?
• Discipline?
Write them down. Post them. Because we can’t fix what we won’t name.
Now let’s address the other part.
Only Samantha booked her one-on-one this week.
I’m not chasing grown women to use a resource that’s already paid for. I’m not volunteering extra calls when you have a booking link sitting there. If you want access, use it. That’s leadership. That’s ownership.
Some of y’all are staying stuck for no reason.
And I’ve been watching.
When a new play drops, everybody runs to copy what they see someone else doing. That’s the problem. Every play is strategic. Every move isn’t for everybody. Timing matters. Positioning matters. Skill level matters.
Instead of copying noise, educate yourself on what you’re actually building.
And let’s be honest…
It’s not fair when people don’t show up for the training, then jump in Telegram asking a hundred questions about a play that was already explained. I don’t mind helping, but showing up matters. We’re a team. Teams require participation.
We are grown women building real businesses.
So here’s the move:
1. Post your three struggles.
2. Book your one-on-one.
3. Stop copying. Start understanding.
4. Lock in.
Because if you don’t lock in, you won’t be attacked — you’ll just be left behind.
And I refuse to watch that happen when the resources are right here.
Let’s close the gap.
