Firefox Consulting was created during my tenure in the fire department where I served for 25 years. We are a mental health and leadership development group for first responders and veterans.
During my time in the fire service, I developed leadership programs for our officer trainings to create a more unified command staff in leadership. Over the years, we added to our training with multiple courses in leadership. “Leader Awareness” designed for new and aspiring leaders. “Lead On” designed for current staff to keep focused on real leadership skills of mentorship and what it means to leave lasting impact”. “LEADme”. This series was designed to find the leader within. This is a self introspective approach for anyone to learn how to lead themselves before they lead others. This is by far the most interactive of the trainings. It’s designed to transform your thinking to discover who you really are so that you can lead others.
