A Little about Me

Hi Everyone,

I'm Roger Waters, the host of this Skool Group. I'm a retired Firefighter after 31 years of an awesome career.

I started in the fire service in 1993 at a department outside of Longmont Colorado, Called Loungmont Rural Fire District, now know as Mountain View Fire Protection District. From there I went to Greeley Fire Department where I spent most of my career. I went through all the ranks and retired as a Division Chief.

After retiring I moved to Minnesota and became the training officer for Cloquet Area Fire District eventually retiring from there as the Acting Fire Chief.

It was a great career with a lot of great experecnce and working with a lot of great people.

My focus now is helping people start a career in the fire service and to help them grow and promote thoughtout thier careers.
