Today I found my emotions running a little high, due to things that are beyond my control. It happens to all of us, don't be discouraged! The things I ask myself when I feel my emotions raising are....
Did you drink enough water? The answer is probably not, go drink some. Water holds energy and is able to cleanse your energy by just drinking it! You can also put a body part in running water if you want to go the extra mile.
When was the last time you ate? Because if you are like me you probably forgot a meal somewhere. Get a protein snack!
Is this in your control or out of your control? Remember, I as a person can only control Mu thoughts, My actions and My feelings.
