This film was my heart and soul for over a year and three months—a labor of love completed in 2024. It includes:

7 interviews across 2 continents
Music legends, rare archive material, and a celebration of the cultural impact of funk.

The roots of funk in California and the East Coast
The rise of Brit Funk and international crossover acts

TV’s role in music history, with a special look at Soul Train
