From 182lbs and Lost to 165lbs and Fighting Professionally
The reason I was stuck at 182lbs fat and unhappy was because I didn't have compelling goals.
No ambitions means there's no higher version of yourself that you're drawn towards or excited to work for.
When you're lost you just cling onto whatever is easiest to get relief like smoking, drinking, drugs, binge eating.
When I got fired for the first time and went to Thailand, my gym offered me my first ever fight even though I was a total beginner. I said yes and it ABSOLUTELY CHANGED MY LIFE PERSPECTIVE.
Now I'm 155lbs ripped and fighting Muay Thai professionally. The vision and target is very clear, and because I'm addicted to process of achieving my goals.
What are you building towards? If the answer is nothing, you'll keep choosing comfort. Find something worth suffering for or you'll stay exactly where you are. It doesn't have to be this way forever. If you feel like you have the calling for higher potential then share with me or the group. And you will be pushed to execute on the needle movers that will make a real change in your life. This is the goal of Fighters Who Beat Addiction. To elevate you and guide you towards your higher self.
Love you guys
