Hi I’m Amber. I am 45 and my husband is 36. I have three children, 17(f), 15(m) with my first husband and almost 2(m) with my second husband. I became pregnant with my first three pretty easily without any complications. I was tracking my ovulation via stick testing and have been tracking my cycle. I would like to have one more and have had 3 chemicals and 2 miscarriages (one with a D&C, based on numbers was likely a blighted ovum) all in 2022. The second pregnancy was on letrozole. Since the D&C last November I have had one chemical this past January and nothing since. I have been told I have a polyp and my AMH is low at 0.44 so while my fertility doc said it isn’t impossible chances are low I will be able to conceive and have a healthy egg viable to lead to a live birth. I am here because I want to try some alternative methods before accepting this is the end. I live in Hawaii and been enjoying the delicious while not healthy food here! Time for a diet change, stop drinking alcohol and caffeine and get some vitamins/supplements. I am going to start reading your Preconception book for some guidance on that and I have your cookbook as well. I stay at home with our little one and am hoping to start working one day a week in the next couple of months (I am a surgery RN). My husband had a sperm test via the fertility doc and she said it looked good but I can get the actual numbers this week. If you have a recommendation for a good acupuncturist/Chinese medicine practitioner in Oahu, HI that would be wonderful. There is such a large Asian population I figure we have to have some good ones here. Thank you!

Hello! I’m Joanna and I’m 44 years old and have been trying to conceive for a couple of years now. I’ve never been pregnant and my husband and I would really like to conceive naturally. We have tried 3 IUI procedures so far. The dr’s keep saying it is because of my age and egg quality, offering no other support. Very frustrating.

Hi. I’m Lauren. I just turned 40 this year and have never been pregnant. I was diagnosed with PCOS in 2021 and bilateral hydrosalpinx last year. I’ve been pursuing holistic strategies to reverse PCOS symptoms and repair my tubes. Diet, exercise, sleep routine, supplements, acupuncture, meditation & mayan abdominal massage are a part of my self care regimen. I’m hoping to work with my partner towards pregnancy next year.

Hello, I am 41 and have been married for almost 2 years. My husband is 58. We have been TTC for over 1 year. We want to conceive naturally. I would like to learn how to regulate my hormones. Also, I have gained about 20 lbs in the past 3 years (mostly in my midsection) and it has been a struggle to lose. I feel like I need to prepare my body better for having a baby. Thanks for this group!

I’m 43 and we have been TTC for over a year. We have had tests doing and my bloodwork came back with low AMH and my husband count was low. The doctor prescribed Clomiphene to see what happens. I’ve been told with age as a factor that we are pretty much done, but I refused to believe that. Is there anything else that can be done.

Hello all, Thank you for allowing me access to the group. I'm Antoinette. I'm 40 years old and considering IVF for embryo banking. I would prefer to consider natural methods but feel a bit overwhelmed by the "stats" and Western medicine belief of woman's fertility after age 40. Hoping to learn some methods in this group as I embark on my fertility journey.

Hi there- I've gone through the first week's module and I'm reading through the e-book now. I'm currently in my 3rd consecutive medicated IUI cycle. My husband and I have a 3 yr old son, and I'm about to turn 41. My first pregnancy required no special fertility procedures- just ovulation tracking for a few cycles. I had an early miscarriage last summer. I had 3-4 months of Chinese herb & acupuncture treatment before I began the IUI process earlier this year. I cycle-track with the kegg device (though medication & progesterone suppositories with IUI render these a bit useless), I have a spotty record with high-quality BBT tracking (I'm unreliable that early in the AM, I usually just go straight to the restroom before I remember to do a temp check), I monitor CM and position. Diet-wise, I'm low sugar, low processed foods, almost no alcohol, very low caffeine. I'm overweight but healthy and making some progress. I walk well over 10K steps/day and do isometric exercise, weight bearing exercise and the occasional yoga/barre class. I take Omega-3s, methylated folate, magnesium, myo-inositol, Vit D, beef liver, and a standard pre-natal. My husband uses a pre-conception multivitamin for men. I’ve used Wisdom of the Womb herbal fertility teas for large portions of the last year or so. AMH/FSH #s are very good for my age, and none of our tests flagged any reason for infertility (though my husband's morphology #s were lower than normal). My doc did not recommend an HSG given recent pregnancies. I was hoping this community/e-book/6 week program could give me a specific plan after hearing Dr. Tassoni on a recent podcast. Working my way through now.

Hi! I'm 45 and got married at 41 and have been TTC for 4 years. I have had two chemical pregnancies and one 8 week miscarriage. We have tried IVF twice and IUI twice with no success. I've really been focusing on natural conception for the last year and I feel like I've really improved my overall health and fertility health but it's also frustrating to be 45 without being pregnant and just starting to stress and feeling like I'm losing hope :(

Hi, I'm 44 with a lovely six year old daughter. I've had two miscarriages and a 20 week loss last May. I haven't conceived since and feel I'm only now emotionally ready. I was heart-broken after the loss which led to a difficult year for me mentally. My daughter would love to have a sibling and I long for one more baby to complete our family.

I just turned 42 last month and TTC for more than 5 years now. My husband and I were diagnosed with unexplained fertility. (Previously, had pre-checked up and his counts are normal, I also do ovulate, cycles are normal and there's no blockages with my both ovaries) I need guidance on how to conceive naturally and what should I do to be in good health before I become pregnant. Thank you in advance for all your help💗 Can't wait to hold my babies🙏

Hello I am a 40 years old newlywed in California. My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year and a half without success. We both would be first time parents. I have had no pregnancies or miscarriages since trying to conceive. So far I track my ovulation on flo, use ovulation tests, and have regular cycles. We have gotten his sperm tested and I am getting fertility testing done on myself as we are considering IUI. I would love to learn more about how to naturally boost my fertility and optimize my health.

Hi! I’m Laura and just turned 44 years old. My husband and I have a beautiful 5 year old son conceived on our 3rd round of IUI. Our diagnosis back then was unexplained infertility, though I really believe everything had something to do with my cervix (scarring, mucous, etc) from a LEEP I had when I was 21 due to cervical dysplasia. I became pregnant in 2020 on the 3rd round of iui again and suffered a loss due to trisomy 15. Then I did 3 rounds of IVF resulting in 8 embryos all with monosomies and/or trisomies. My doc took a chance on 3 to see if any would self correct and I became pregnant with which was another loss due to trisomy 17. The trisomies in both losses originated on my side. My husband is open to another child but only if we get pregnant naturally. I do still want that so badly.

I’m 46, I have a 22yo son from a previous relationship, I also have Pcos. My husband and I have been trying since November 2020 which is when I had the mirena removed, I had an mmc in February 2021 and then fell pregnant straight away with my daughter who was diagnosed with T18(edwards syndrome) and she was delivered via c-sect at 41weeks, November 2021, but unfortunately we lost her at 34hrs old. We have been trying again since September 2022 with no luck at all, I am taking supplements and have been to see a gp who has done blood tests and ultrasound which show that everything seems fine except for the Pcos which we already knew about. My husband, whose 44, has no other children due to not wanting any until now.

Hello everyone I’m Gaynor I turned 46 in Feb .I met my partner late in life , neither of us has children. I gad two losses last year. One in January the second in December. Anyone from the Uk will be with me on this as after the age of 42 we are written off. My bloods came back ok but low progesterone. We consulted IVF last year and was basically pushed towards doner. I’m not mentally ready to go there yet. We take a ton of supplements in fact sometimes I wonder if take too much but again it’s only from my own research in what I think is right. Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Much love to all ❤️

Hi everyone , I am Audrey and I ve been trying to conceive for over 10 years. My first partner had morphology issues and we went through the IVF option . I got pregnant in the first transfer and lost it at 11 weeks then all the following 4 transfers failed . My second partner has low count and he is taking some supplements to help . We have been trying together for over 2 years. On my side I ve never been diagnosed with anything , done plenty of tests but feeling a bit tired of the narrative that tells woman over a certain age that they are "geriatric mothers" . This was said to my cousin who got pregnant at 38 and they were insisting for her to do extra genetic testings . She refused and had a totally healthy little boy. I am currently 40 and my partner 43 and I would like to find out a way to look at my pregnancy journey in a healthy and positive way .
