This is an online community for women navigating their fertility journey. Whether you're trying naturally, doing IVF, or using a donor. A space to get clearer on what's happening in your body, without the noise and overwhelm that usually comes with it.
I'm Zoe. I'm an AHPRA-registered Chinese medicine practitioner with over seven years in clinical practice. I created this space for the people who aren't quite ready for one-on-one support, but who don't want to just sit with the confusion in the meantime.
Inside you'll find an Understanding Your Cycle course, fortnightly live sessions every second Wednesday at 7:30pm AEST, and a community feed filled with grounded, practical education.
Chinese medicine and western medicine sit alongside each other here. Your cycle, your bloodwork, your signs. Looked at through both lenses, because that's where the fuller picture lives.
