Affirmation to ground self
When I was unemployed and was in government registrations. Looking at my emails would give me anxiety and worry. I would feel tense in my stomach. So I rewrote my story
I am in a reality where looking at my emails gives me joy, relief 😮💨, peace ☮️ calmness, excitement , fulfillment, sastifaction🌹
