Hello everyone,
I’m Bianka Edler, a practice consultant specializing in process optimization, practice organization, and billing optimization for medical practices. Together with my team, I primarily support family medicine practices, internists practicing family medicine, and practices specializing in functional and holistic medicine in creating clear structures, streamlining workflows, and better leveraging their financial potential.
My focus is on significantly reducing the day-to-day workload for practices—from optimized processes and patient management to EBM and GOÄ billing. In addition, I assist practices with strategic development, workshops, and customized change processes.
My office is in Brandenburg. I work throughout Germany.
