There is a reason people who are in fantastic shape tend to give the same answers when you ask:
“What’s your routine?”
They’ll say things like:

✅ “I eat similar foods most days.”
✅ “I track my protein.”

Most people aren’t struggling because they don’t know what to do.

That’s why those muscular, athletic physiques seem rare.
Not because the information is rare.
Because the consistency is.

The difference is they keep doing them long after everyone else gets bored.
Master the basics. Repeat them relentlessly. Watch what happens.
